She has extensive experience working with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), childhood abuse and trauma, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, spiritual or existential crisis, and self/identity concerns using EMDR, R-TEP, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family System (IFS), Ecotherapy and other therapeutic strategies. Robert Strongbear, Zoongidemakwa (Strong-Hearted Bear), is an Anishinaabe-Ojibway Elder, Cultural Knowledge Keeper, and Pipe Carrier from Sagkeeng First Nation, Manitoba, who has dedicated his life to providing Indigenous culture and ceremonies to Indigenous and non-Indigenous individuals, families, youth and children who are struggling with self-identity issues, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and those impacted by the Indigenous social history.
