Jessica is a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with individuals and couples on all aspects of healing, self-discovery and relationships. She has extensive experience working with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), childhood abuse and trauma, challenges with substances, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, and self/identity concerns using EMDR and other therapeutic strategies.

She is also an expert in ADHD and Learning Disabilities, and regularly provides coaching and education for teachers, and caregivers. As a school psychologist and a sessional university instructor at the University of Calgary where Tanya teaches about Learning Disabilities as part of the Master of Education program, she is well-versed in working with these two neurodevelopmental disabilities.
