Allison is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a member of the BC Association of Clinical Counselor. With over 7 years of experience in the mental health field, she offers a practical, holistic, integrative and evidence-based approach to helping individuals to achieve their goals.
Allison specializes working with adults of all genders and ethnic backgrounds, as well as underrepresented and marginalized groups, BIPOC and First Nations with varying complexities, such as anxiety, stress, burnout, transitions, psychedelic integration and harm reduction, depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, self-esteem, addictions, and gender identity.
Allison has a compassionate, person centered and trauma informed approach and uses solution focused therapy (SFBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and internal family systems (IFS).
Allison is available weekdays, evenings and weekends for phone or video sessions for clients who reside in British Columbia and throughout Canada.
