Eileen Noel


Eileen is a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working within the fields of mental health, human services, and education. She offers a collaborative and compassionate approach as a therapist to support clients in a way that fits with their unique life experience, values, needs and goals, and promotes personal growth and life satisfaction.

Eileen has experience using a culturally sensitive approach in her work with adults and families, including first nations communities, experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, workplace conflict and concerns, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, relationship difficulties, and parenting challenges. In her approach. Eileen draws upon client strengths and strategies as well as evidence-based techniques, and strategies from humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, narrative, feminist, and mindfulness-based therapies.

Eileen’s personal and professional experience in a variety of settings and roles has heightened her awareness of the expectations and challenges that people face as they navigate varied environments, in different roles, and in different stages of their lives. As a result, she believes her role as a therapist is to help clients effectively navigate life's changes and challenges.

Eileen is available weekdays and evenings for phone and video sessions. Eileen offers in-person sessions upon request out of Sherwood Park.
