Jessica has extensive experience working with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), childhood abuse and trauma, challenges with substances, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, and self/identity concerns. I am influenced by psychodynamic and humanistic models. She works with those interested in a self-discovery process, often triggered by a life crisis or transition, feeling lost and depressed, or a sense of disconnection from self and others. She supports others to explore life purpose and meaning, increase awareness of personal qualities, abilities and gifts, and become empowered to create a more fulfilling life.
Jessica is passionate about relationships and working with couples. She has been actively engaged in her own relationship journey and Self and Soul discovery process for many years. This gives her tremendous compassion and understanding for individuals and couples. She is an intuitive tracker and mentor who uses a variety of therapeutic strategies to connect with her clients, help them explore distress and unfulfillment, and manifest meaningful lives.
