Tanya is a Registered Psychologist and a Permanent Professionally Certified Teacher. She has over 20 years of experience working with struggling students and their families as an assessor, teacher, a learning strategist, a guidance counselor, and school psychologist.
Tanya is passionate about conducting assessments, including psychoeducational, ADHD, and mental health assessments. She is also an expert in ADHD and Learning Disabilities, and regularly provides coaching and education for teachers, and caregivers. As a school psychologist and a sessional university instructor at the University of Calgary where Tanya teaches about Learning Disabilities as part of the Master of Education program, she is well-versed in working with these two neurodevelopmental disabilities.
With a unique ability to combine her real-world experiences with professional practice, Tanya approaches her work with struggling students and their families from a place of empathy, insight, and expertise in order to set them up for success.
Tanya is available weekdays for phone, video, and in-person assessments, and psychoeducational and consultation sessions.
