It’s not uncommon for people to experience a great deal of stress, along with anxiety and depression and it’s not always easy to understand where it’s coming from. As a result, we find that it’s important to understand how previous and current personal and work experiences may contribute to the problem. We use a variety of approaches for healing, such as exploring perspectives and belief systems, shifting processes in emotional patterns and the unconscious, and problem solving about specific options and situations.
The Wholeness Psychology Centre team has extensive experience providing counselling to first responders including current-serving military members, veterans, police officers, fire fighters and emergency medical personnel.
